My recent birthday treat for my E89

Post by wilwong1971 » Mon Jun 12, 2017 7:11 pm

Time flies and it has been over a year I had my Z4, enjoyed every moment of it...and recently got her fully detailed, all 4 wheel refurbished

Mods I have done over the year:

Stubby
Lux H8 160 Angel Eyes
LCI indicators
Royal steering wheel nappa leather re trim
Audio upgrade by Cartronics (like an Alpine upgrade for E90s)

Mods I hope to do if I don't sell:

Code car to fold mirrors via keyfob
Smart top
Code car to turn off Angel eyes rather than fade off for the Lux
LED turn bulbs
Paint brake calipers and hubs
Carbon wrap interior trim

Although I'm looking around for a decent sDrive 28i or even 35i ...any ideas how much my Z4 would go for privately ?

sDrive 23i
March 2010
78k miles
Auto
Pro Nav
Parking sensors front and rear
Folding mirrors
Pure white nappa leather interior
Heated seats
Storage Pack

Hope you enjoy the pics 😊

Lovely car
The desire for more power is fuelled by the disproportionate numbers of 35i/s owners who post here.

Nice.

I believe you can code the folding mirrors on lock with the smart top should you get one. Two birds with one stone and all that.

Looking stunning Wilwong !

I LOVE your steering wheel, was looking to sort mine out as its shiny and 'orrible ! So tell me more please - how much, how long did it take to do, were you pleased with the final result ?

Thanks

That does look very nice, clean & shiny. Great colour combination as well.

I know nothing about E89 pricing, but I'd have thought you'd get top price with it looking like that.

Good luck with the next Zed - once you're tempted there's no going back!

You have been busy, I would reckon between £9 - £10k for the car with full history.

Hiya ! Sorry late reply .. been out for a bit.. I had it done by royalsteering wheel.. £150 and he trims one he has in stock for you, he swaps it on site and take your old wheel away... brilliant job and after a year still top notch .. you can have M stitching, perforated or thicker padding too :)
