No no airbags.

I also have an F Type Jaguar V8s and the seats Im going for are almost identical, the difference in comfort is immediate. I can drive the F Type for hours and comfort does not even cross your mind yet the Z4 is a different story. I put one in the passenger space yesterday as a mock up and instant result, plus to be honest they will look far superior. The Z4 seats are strange looking things.

Will the four point harness holes cause a draught around the neck with the top down?

Just to say the sport seats are the most comfortable car seats I have had the pleasure to spend many an hour in. For nearly 2 weeks now sitting has been very uncomfortable ( you do not need to know any more detail ), but a 4 1/2 hour journey in the Z , :) did not make it any worse. God forbid I would've been Audi .

Well after a few weeks of ownership of my E89 i have no complaints about the seat comfort with sport seats, but then my E85 with non sport seats is also very comfortable. I wish both had lumbar support but for me neither is an issue.

My m sports seats were a lot more comfortable after I discovered the side bolster adjusting rocker switch, the previous lady owner must have been a little less broad than me, ahem!

Must admit it takes a while to adjust them just right but I have two settings programmed in. One for normal driving and one for long distance motorway stuff. Both comfy

Bit of a resurrection, but would you folk with experience of e85 and e89 say the sports seats on e89 more comfortable on Long runs than e85?

I already have a damaged sciatic nerve which is why I traded in my Lotus Elise for the Z4 ... collected it from the UK and drove it to the South of France without any problems at all. Maybe we all have different leg problems so the seats suit some and not others ... I'm OK with mine! ... :)

An important question, of course. Not least because, if they don't, you'll have to tell your insurers.
