If anyone is interested http://usedcars.cooperdurhambmw.co.uk/s ... c=se_ce_re_

One hell of a car at that price , sorry to see it go :(

If any one knows of anyone selling a Z4 or even a 3 for round £3500 give me a shout thanks

Today is a sad day
Sorry to hear about your car, even sorrier to hear its because you lost your job. :(

Hopefully you'll be back on your feet soon so to speak.
The Z3 looks a nice, clean, tidy example. Bit of sea change from an E89! However as others have said you may enjoy driving it more!

If you don't mind can you tell us how much they gave you for the E89. Totally understand if you don't want to, I'm just thinking it might help a forum member negotiate a deal on it and give the rest of us an insight to main dealer margins.
They have not gave me anything for it, with loosing my job it getting handed back settlement is £49000 they are trying to sell it for me to soften the short fall I will have to pay back . So the more they get for it the better for me , but BMW said they will not let it go any cheaper than that so I don't think the price will be any cheaper until it don't sell then BMW take it to auction if that's what they do
My understanding of the small print, there is an way of handing the keys back with no liabilities - as when I purchased my first BMW on PCP - as did ask that question.

I think your referring to the halves and thirds rule and for that he would have needed to have paid over half the value of the entire credit agreement, after a month he wont be there, unless he had one hell of a deposit.

Did you just keep trading in all your old cars and have no capital in the car at all ?

More than fair my friend. Didn't mean to cause offence. Quite an impressive list really! Aren't many that could claim to have owned one, let alone all of those :)

No offence taken my friend  .. If I could turn back time I would go back to having the 1M, it would be pay off by now but you live and learn... Having said that I am just as excited at picking up the Z3 on Saturday :driving:
