Show me your White E89 and black wheel combo

Please...

Have made a few enquires for prices and it seems quite reasonable to have my current wheels redone in black. I know, its not everyones cuppa tea but we all have our own taste

Before I take the plunge and do the deed to my existing wheels was hoping to see some different variations including my current wheel type and see if its a better idea to source a new set of wheels entirely with a different style.

Here is the current wheels, was planning on Satin or a Matt black as opposed to gloss black

Very interested in this thread as our recently acquired E89 has a few marks on the edges of the rims.I thought about going with a "dark silver/titanium" finish for the wheels to contrast with the white paintwork......also contemplating getting the 2 parts of the roof either wrapped or painted in matt/satin black.

I saw a Melbourne red with black roof recently including black wheels and it really looked good.

Not a white car but you get the gist... I think the 326m is a lovely wheel and you kind of lose the detail when done in black, so I had mine done in carbon grey with black inners (any excuse to post a pic up )

I looked at some different shades at the wheel shop the weekend and am edging towards a non gloss finish but I really do like the black/white combo... I think am being called by the dark side...

Satin black before and after roof wrap / window tint on my last 18i. Present 35is with gloss black rims.

Hi,

Well I have high gloss black, with an silver fleck - look amazing with some polish and sun to bring the fleck out.

However.. they are an nightmare to keep looking good - so would recommend gloss on outer wheel - but mat or satin for the inner wheel.

What have you done to the wing mirrors, is it a carbon cap or wrap?

Also notice the Sid indicators are tinted and debadged

What are the carbon mirror caps like. Can you tell they're obviously caps? Was having a look at these to go with the rear carbon diffuser I have.

Also forgive my ignorance but what's a jb4?

Would be interested to see if you find an induction kit. I can't find one anywhere for mine.

I remove the original covers, and replaced them with the Carbon covers

Its an tune device for the N20 or N54 turbo engines

Ah. Right so they're not the stick on ones. I'm guessing quite costly then too.
