Analyzing the M performance adjustable suspension

Having recently seen a discussion on the Mini Cooper F56 forum about that model's adjustable suspension, It got me to thinking about the same in my Z4.

In the Mini, the 3 adjustable suspension setting are said to range from -10; "0"; +10 - where "0" is the same as the *standard* suspension.

Any idea what the comparative is for the Z4 version in it's 3 settings?
