It does look like £7.5k difference in value, remaining £2.5k is probably the dealer's margin. There isn't a better 2 seater convertible at this price point, maybe upgrading to a better e89 is a good idea.

If you like it just go for it - haggle more, be prepared to walk away but get it if you want it 'cos the lid on your last box is nailed on for a long while !
