By you selling it privately you are bound to make a little more, at the very least, so go down that route, and if you can't sell it try WBAC, and use the dealer as a last resort. But tell the dealer you will p/ex with them, and if you sell it,privately, then all well and done

I find our 35i fast enough on the roads and 97% of the time the dsg is just spot on.
There was a big price difference between the 35i and is with very few is available when we got ours.
Heated steering wheel is the only option we missed out on with our current car.

The private sale seems to be the main suggestion by you guys. If I were to go down this route, I would have to find the car I want and place a deposit and then maybe try sell my car fast?

No reason - I am a nightmare with cars. It may stay. It has had a couple of minor faults now repaired but is totally mint. At 5000 it is just loosening up and feels as though there will be far more to come than my previous 35iS.

It was totally 'as new' when I bought it and I was well chuffed. I couldn't believe it only had 2450 miles on it in 15 months. It's paint looked then (and still does) like it is brand new - smooth to the touch. If I do sell there won't be a better condition mineral white about !! It it totally unmarked - which is why all my mates, the wife and people on this forum think I would be bats to sell.

I am still looking at an M135i but the dealer is back peddling a bit on firming up a price unless I guarantee I want the M135i. To my mind he has to persuade me with a price not me commit first for him to then say he can't match what he implied once I am on the hook !
