The first thing I did was try removing the bad bulb, but I can't get it out; its white holder doesn't twist at-all, and it won't pull out with any reasonable force. Do you guys use a flathead?
EDIT: I eventually got fed up and just yanked it out. It's indeed a W16W, 12v, by Toshiba.
