Not difficult to see why! I would have the S in a heartbeat but reached the stage in life where I just don't want any credit debts and haven't got that kind of cash to spare. Wouldn't let the E85 go though, as I think it is a stunning classic, if just a tiny bit lacking in comfort for me these days (it's not my daily drive so no matter).

ps john-e89. Don't get so plastered that you have to wait all day Monday to sober up!

Which is good for us unfortunates who can't afford to buy new as there'll be plenty for sale in a few years time. :)

It's gonna be a long few days john-e89 but I'm sure the wait will be worth it.

OOH another car needing run in.

You know as you mention launch, it occurs to me in all these years I've never used the DCT launch control... Time to try that I think ;)

If you're anything like me, the night before won't be filled with much sleep.

Thanks all, much appreciated  Yep hopefully it'll be a keeper, that's the plan anyway. Hoping for a balance between sports car and cruiser. Up until the last 2 E85's I've never really had anything too decent, most recent before the bm's I got through 6 MR2's, kept one as I can't bear to let it go and will restore it one day.....oh yeah that old chestnut.. :D so this is a big leap forward, bit daft buying new but what the hell, life's def too short.

Try the launch Maniac, might clear the vac pipe blockage, even if not it'll be fun trying.. :)

Cheers all, enjoy your cars and don't take life too seriously..

I've not tried launch control either - never felt the need to do.

"Balance between sports car and cruiser" Is what the marketeers should have used to describe the 35iS as it's spot on :)

It will be worth the wait.

Which will get more painful
