All you need to do is have the tyre supplier deliver direct to the wheel refurb company. I've done this 3 or 4 times from the major suppliers with no issue or questions asked.

That was my original plan. I will still have 4 good RFT's to move though.

For sure but you can bring those back 2 at a time with limited risk to the car, being stopped, etc.
