Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with the deal I got and not worried for 1 moment about a few quid.

However Broadspeed advertise their best deal and don't always manage to reach that on new sales. And when I used their quote around a few dealers I couldn't quite get any to reach it, they were all happy to lose the deal rather than go that extra bit. Let alone beat it by £500. And that didn't matter whether I was using their finance (which I am not) or whether I had a trade-in (which I don't).

Of course I was working from the Q4 deals, potentially things have changed now.? I see the finance rates have gone up for instance.

Pretty sure they were offering 9k in November too, but there's one heck of a long way from there to £14,800 :o
It's 10-12% of list + support.

Sorry, that means nothing to me in terms of how you've got the biggest discount I've heard of by quite a margin. If you'd posted a picture of the Dealer principle rogering his PA at the office party I'd have understood. :D

Mention letters like BRZ? :scratchhead:

Seriously. It was "So the scary number is.... and if you give me a minute I'll have a less scary number" The less scary number was £14800 lower.

Hello

I have included the numbers when I purchased my 35is just before Christmas, at least you can use as a benchmark as some time there are hidden costs that are not that obvious

here goes:

my car was a Z4 35is in Melbourne met with black leather

new car list price was £44,535
then options at £5670
number plates - £26.03
12 months RFL - £635 (1st year)
delivery - £739.99
fuel - £30
1st year reg fee - £55

this came to a total of £51,691.02

then I got a special allowance of £5121.01 from the dealer

which left £46,570

then I got £8000 deposit contribution from the dealer

which left £38,570.01

then my deposit contribution of £8000

left £30,570.01 ... which is £417 per month (48 months) APR 4.9% with GVF of £15319

hope this helps

so going back to the 1st thread I cant see how you can get to that monthly amount with only a £1000 deposit ??

Well that's answered a question I had from another thread. :D

I spent a while looking for your car pictures but couldn't find them. I'd seen one you posted and thought it was V Orange. Now I know it's Red that answers my question.

Hi

Plus I went for most options ... just missed out on extended leather as the car already went to build so was to late. (the dealer was Fairfield based in Essex) always used them as they are independent family run

regards

Thank you for this post, I tend to agree I think I may have to stump some more cash up to keep the payments at £450. I am going to have a trawl around a few dealers over the weekend to see what I can get.

Thanks, Caroline

Well it was still available to order when I got mine mid October ... I said I thought the same and the salesman said they had not heard anything at all like that.

Hi guys I have done a deal on a Z4 sdrive 35iS. In the end went for mineral grey, coral leather, fineline wood, 326 wheels (as recommended on here), professional speakers and heated seats.

With a 2k deposit the monthlys are £520 and I am really happy with that.

The dealer is not sure on delivery period yet, has any one got any ideas please?

Really excited now and thank you for your help.

Caroline

Delivery estimates seem to go all over the place in my experience. Probably be approx 3 months - worth the wait though

Last week there was 1 35iS build slot available for the end of march delivery which was nearing lockdown.

Thanks for that, I am hoping it will arrive before the end of March. :D

Does anybody know if the 35iS comes with runflats or do I get the option of ordering normal tyres?

Thanks, Caroline
