Paint

Post by Groovyghouly » Fri Dec 05, 2014 6:42 pm

Some Arsehole last Sunday evening stood on my bonnet. The local Dent man says he can't tease the dent out and that it'll need repairing in a body shop. The colour is Space Grey and I was wondering if there's any car paint manufacturers better than others. I'm not so worried about the cost of the paint, only that it's up to BMW spec.

I'd be thinking insurance job and a new bonnet if the dent can't be tapped out. That's going to include the paint job if you go that route. Depends on your insurance excess and no claims cover I guess.

My wife is getting a small dent on her TT sorted at the moment, they are putting a new door and sill on but its only costing us £300 through the insurance. No brainer, that's what insurance is for! :D
