Re: MPG
So I shouldn't say that I drove edinburgh to silverstone 366 miles away and got 40.3 mpg even with some 'spirited' driving. However I did have cruise on quite a lot of it.

Re: MPG
My 35iS is sitting at an average of 25mpg in the short time I have had it ... but that is actually better than I expected and I am happy with that element of ownership

Re: MPG
Does cruise help with mpg? I always thought that the braking function going downhill would help it much? I don't know why I am thinking of mpg all of a sudden......must be getting old!!Angie4m wrote:So I shouldn't say that I drove edinburgh to silverstone 366 miles away and got 40.3 mpg even with some 'spirited' driving. Little more effort and you'll have it in the teens.
Single figures also perfectly achievable on Track.

Re: MPG
I didn't buy a zed to worry about mpg figures either! It's nice to know that good mpg is possible even from 3.0 l engines ,even if it's only because you run low in the middle of nowhere!bbZ4 wrote:Drove my Z4M in usual spirited way lots of smiles per miles and got

As I said depreciation is the big killer £5k a year or more ?... Driven or not!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Re: MPG
I've had mine all the way up to the dizzying heights of 47mpg, I was pretty impressed with it
However, put your foot down a bit and it soon plummets, i've had it down to 12mpg at one point
