Mp3 on a USB

Post by ronk » Sun Jul 20, 2014 6:29 pm

Ive just changed from a PC to a Mac - So far so good but I wanted to add my updated iTunes library to a new USB stick.

I ve followed the iTunes conversion route then dragged the new Mp3 files onto the USB drive and although they are all listed as mp3's the screen shows .fseventsd .Spotlight-V100 and .Trashes folders at the front end.
and a huge amount of file won't play!
The non play files start ._track name

I must be missing a trick here but I am at the point of resurrecting my old PC.

I know there are many mac users out there and would appreciate a point in the right direction please.
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Thanks for that reply
At this rate I might have to hang onto my geriatric old laptop. This isn't why I spent money on a mac tho!
