Lovely Zed. You do know your car is a 2.0L though, don't you?! Your signature is making me wonder. :?

You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

That looks great in Mineral Grey, really suits the car

I'd definitely lose the M badges, just look wrong an a non M car :poke:
It really wont take much to do. Just blow some mild warm air on them with a hair dryer or heatgun, then gently prise away at the badges with your fingers. Then run a finger over any glue residue left on, it should role off fairly easily. That's how I removed mine, and didn't cause any damage to the paintwork. :)

Isn't there a trick with loop of dental floss to slice under the decal after the warming?

You can do it that way, but I found it didn't take long for them to work loose after gentle prodding and pushing with my fingers.

Yes you are totally correct just re- read manual - tyres, brake system, clutch are 300 miles but engine and final drive are 1200 miles lucky I have only done 307 miles then!

More than us 35is folks. DVLA data shows 52 manual & 34 auto (one SORN) 28i's non M Sport and 230 manual & 234 (one SORN) Auto M Sport models. So 550 28i's vs 225 35is's of which only 1 is SORN.

That's only up to quarter 1 for 2014 so this will have changed somewhat especially since the offers in the last few months.

However there are less 18i's than 28i's but more than 35is's. The most popular model is the 23i!
Deep Sea Blue sDrive35is - I LOVE IT! Best car I've ever owned :) - Gone
RRS V8 Supercharged - Gone
Abarth 595 Competizione - Gone
Yas Marina Blue M4 Coupe - Gone

Current:
Protonic Blue i8
Amethyst 997
F56 JCW Challenge (19 of 52)

Still Shy and retiring
