Just in case this comment puts people off the SmartTop - it is easy to programme your chosen settings via the indicator stalk... you just need to read (and follow) the instructions. It's also easy to temporarily disable the system if you're having the car serviced - it becomes invisible to any diagnostics.Stark wrote:I have one for sale if someone wants it £150, but you'd need to download instructions etc. Never got round to using it as I didn't have a pc to programme it

Without any shadow or doubt !
Not for any vanity or show off reasons either.
I've got a dodgy leg problem and it's much easier to get out of the car in my garage with the lid down - I don't like leaving it down. Without the Smarttop it was difficult to squeeze back in and press the buttons / remove the key !
The smarttop cures that problem.
The ability to close the top at low speed is also a plus on those days when it starts to drizzle and the traffic lights turn red than just as you almost get the lid back on , they go green again!
Go for one if you can.

Its bloody pouring down up north. good luck! Just don't do what I did and have your keys in your pocket while you're leaning in.
Mines removed at the moment and I'm 50/50 on selling or keeping as I'm a bit short on cash this month. Bloody locked in ISA's.
