About 2 hours ago, Syston, Leicestershire. A Valencia Orange E89 (same as mine) travelling in the opposite direction to me at a traffic light junction.

Despite the fact that the other driver could not have missed seeing me my light flashing and hand waving elicited no response whatsoever from the elderly lady.

What's the matter with some people? She didn't even have the roof down either on a beautiful summer morning.

Re the number plate, I can't see why if a front number plate isn't required on a bike why it is required on a car?
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Me too. How do forward facing speed cameras catch bikers?

Judging by the sound of it and the sterling job at keeping up with me, plus based on where it's owner lives (Google Darras Hall), I raced a lovely dark blue/black what I assume was a 35iS on Friday 10th July off the A19 through Ponteland and into Darras Hall. Couldn't make out the exact colour as I was looking through the wind deflector at it disappearing into the distance haha :poke: Goes without saying, the national speed limit was respected, officer.

Tip o' the cap to whoever that was, it was a nice spectacle having a 35iS and a ///M thrashing it back to back on a sunny day in the country side.

I see a nice looking White E89 most days in Ockendon on my way to and from work. I'm the one whizzing past in my black E85 :driving:

got all excited thinking I had been spotted - until I read the front number plate statement. Not seen it around - which multi storey was it in?

It was in the multi storey at the side of the river opposite Wagamamas.
Don't know why pic has disappeared.

White e89 with roof down, near Four Oaks railway station this lunchtime. We exchanged looks as we passed.
Why is it that people who can't take advice always insist on giving it?
