Any advice on what to clean red leather seats with and to keep them in good condition?

I use this product https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00 ... UTF8&psc=1
The cotton pad ended up very dirty so it cleans something off them, and the seats looked refreshed, to my eyes anyway.

Autoglym leather cleaner is good if you want a main stream product.

The 'leather' in these cars seems a strange beast, I wonder if it is actually leather. The colour rubs off, so has no depth to it.
It has some kind of coating as they claim it is more uv stable. Having used different cleaners, I now just wipe them over with warm soapy water, seems to do the trick.

I use gliptone gt11 and gt12 for my e85 car seats. Gives them a traditional leather smell afterwards. They are black seats though so no idea if any good on red.

Brilliant company, advice and product, you get what you pay for..
DO NOT USE AUTOGLYM it is a poor product. The professional who advised me spotted it immediately.....
Take some before and after pics for the forum, I did not do this but I know the lads (and lasses) would appreciate it.

I bought some Liquid Leather products (Gliptone stockists), good price and they seem well recommended for leather treatment.

BMW's own leather cleaners are very good. Liquid for leather, aerosol for Alcantara.
For strongly coloured & older leathers, use Gliptone products.
