Low Dust Brake Pads
I'm really getting tired of scrubbing my wheels and would like to get low dust or ceramic brake pads. Can anyone recommend ones they have used that don't sacrifice braking performance? Thanks!

I've fitted Textar e-pads with high ceramic / low iron content so no burnt on dust and they feel like oem, but are not cheap.

The other side to this story is to put a sealant on the wheels then next time a wheel cleaner sprayed on and hosed off should leave them clean again without the need for arduous brushing.

Does anyone have comparative stopping distances for these alternatives compared to stock OEM pads?

I've not seen any numbers but I did some research in to the marketing hype before swapping to the Textar epads. Textar are an OEM supplier for BMW (Textar are actually part of TMD who also make Pagid and Mintex).
The important thing to note about performance is that Euro regulations prevent any pad (or disc) sold for road use performing by + or - 15% differently to the original specification. So as long as it's a genuine Euro-stamped make there is little chance that you will actually detect a difference in performance between different road spec pads, and any improvement in one area of performance usually requires a compromise in another e.g. fade Vs initial/cold bite. So in slightly simplistic terms gaining 15% improvement in fade probably means sacrificing 15% in cold bite (choose running out of brakes on a hill Vs in to the back of your neighbour at the first junction ) So whilst big claims re braking performance are made by makers and even bigger ones by users they simply aren't credible.

EBC Red are better than green for reduced dust and performance - however, Cool Carbon go have good reviews however never used them.

As above
Seal wheels and dust simply doesn't stick
Mine with ds2500 just need a wipe with a dry cloth:)

+1 for Textar e-Pads (similarly the ATE Ceramics if you can get them for a reasonable price)
Coupe, KW coil overs, PSB limiters, Powerflex ARB bushes, 18" CSL reps, Aero skirts, ZHP leather knob, Whippy and proud. Probably needs a wash
