Best place to buy stubby and Eibachs

Post by A5 VRX » Wed Jul 12, 2017 8:05 pm

Looking for info on the best place to buy H&R/Eibach lowering springs and also after a stubby aerial for the Coupe. Is there a place or person that is a go to for these bits?

Thanks

For springs search online and get them from whoever sells cheapest. For stubby contact forum member Firebobby
On a serious note there's lots of different ones about, I (like many people) went for the Peugeot one (yes Peugeot!), it fits perfectly and follows the taper of the aerial base better than others imo. Got mine from Amazon.

Yep seen the H&R's from Tunershop at about £150 but not looked into the stubby yet. Wasn't sure if there was a 'go to' place that might do forum discount that's why I asked. Aerial looks good mate...love using stuff from other Marques if they work!

You can get the original short rod aerial from any dealership for around £20.

keep browsing on ebay and you should find something a LOT cheaper. Mine works fine, and I think it cost maybe three pounds or so, delivered to my door in Canada from China two years ago.

To be honest I'm actually thinking of going the coilovers route so trying to find info on who does them at a reasonable price. Been talking to BC Racing which are £850...I usually go AP coilovers and never had a problem but not sure they do them for e86.

I just don't want to spend money on springs and not be happy how it sits on 19's
