Had a few set back been too busy. Other people too busy to help. The car won’t be ready for zedfest like I hoped. But it should be done by October. Making it a whole year long project.

Thanks everyone for your help.
Glad to hear you now have the funds to complete the build Matt, its good to see your progress with it

Couldn't find a pic of the shoe rack, but here's one of MM's earlier attempts at carpentry... :P :P

Busy busy day at the monkey cave.
It's been 2 steps forward 1 back!

The turbo and oil system works ok after previous worrys about damaging it! It's not and the oil system works. The feed pump is a bit to powerful. I need something that provides less flow and lower presure. Or my bleed off system needs a bigger valve.

So all good. I swapped my droop links another job done. Then I started to conecting up the lines on the new rack! And the rack pump and resiviour are good. But the lines to connect it up?! Nope I have all sorts but not the right ones. So I need to order new ones. Then found that both return and feed pipes to the radiator both have issues. So not bad but still lots to do.

I did replace the blead nipples on the rear calipers with no problems witch is good news. Last time we did that in our workshop the casting broke on a caliper the night before a track day!!

Wish me well turbo z4 fans it might be alive and running this Sunday. If all goes well. Stuart T was an absolute legend and finished my piggy back wiring Monday. I have an AFR gauge to fit steering pipes coolant pipes and a few other things to check and finish. All being well mapping will be started. Then to insure MOT shake down and big smokey burnouts!?
