I'm a big fan of the hardtop, some say it's a bit quirky but it transform the looks of the roadster and matches nicely with the Aero kit. Coupe and roadster in one!

Absolutely stunning Paul.

I spent my day in work 10:30am-10:30pm. Why oh why did I agree to do a 12 hour shift on a beautiful autumn day?

Not exactly strenuous but I put some GummiPflege on the door seals so hopefully the windows won't stick to them when it starts getting colder - oops, it was yesterday now if that makes sense!
Coupes because stunning!

Yesterday I had my new Uniroyals tyres fitted to the rear, what absolute pigs the old run flats are to get off, the poor guy at my local garage had a right job getting the beads to break away.
Today I changed the oil and filter, I just love this car, the little access cover for the oil drain plug, nice clean removal of the oil filter...sweet :)
I used Shell helix ultra professional 5w30, the old oil looked quite dirty.
I jacked the front up then sat the wheels on ramps then let the oil drain to a tiny trickle, I then lowered the drivers side on the jack, there was quite an increase in the flow of old oil. I do like to get as much of the old stuff out as possible, I bet most garages don't do that.

Good tip. You are right, it is a really easy car to oil service.

Today I did... not enough! Roll on tomorrow...

Changed all the springs, dampers, top mounts, drop links and anti roll bar on my Fabia VRS.

Having to drop the front subframe 4 inches to get the ARB out is a bit of a pain!

Pulled out the wiper motor today to try and sort out the annoying problem of the wipers stopping higher than they should, cleaned up the motor inside and out then gave the bulkhead area a good vacuum and clean before resembling, problem solved. Had a blueberry muffin to celebrate :P
