I just got a new phone and recently tried connecting it to my car. The phone tried veryifying the password but I have no clue what the passworxd would be. Would it be the last 4 of my vin# or something?
 
Should be written down in your manuals somewhere - I don't think it has anything to do with the VIN etc - mine is handwritten on the inside cover of the "Telephone" guidebook that came with the car.. If you don't have the documentation you may a need a trip to the dealers...
 
there are two ways to know the code.
1° ask your dealer for it.
2° the way i did it. Remove the carpet of the wall in the trunk. There you should see the bleutooth module where the code is printed on.

The dealer will have to connect up to their "computers " to extract the pin # from the car's systems .
