I was wondering if anyone has a personal guide with pics ideally, on how to remove the plastic trim that is on the side of the seats and surrounds the switches. I followed the details on TIS, and despite feeling each lug/tab come loose, it appears something is still holding it on bloody tightly
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There are a couple of lugs that are a bloody nightmare to get at. It makes the job MUCH easier if the seat is out of the car.

I’m sure I recall a couple of torx from inside the frame, but it’s a decade since I stripped Zed seats to down frame.
If seats out it’s easy to check and discount. Force will surely just crack the part top to bottom

Searched for that a while ago myself.
It is similar to removing the side panel from an E46 seat. Various topics about that on Youtube, such as this:

Quite supportive, but other than in the clip I suggest to unscrew the torx at the back first. After that just tabs. And wiggling. Loads of it ...
