Car has a broken front shock so might be time to replace all four and springs , prob not doing coil overs so just shocks and lowered springs

Used Koni adjustables and eibhac springs to good effect on my Cossies so what’s the recommendation for z4s , I’ve a 2003 2.5 std

Not looking at spending big bobs as just a pair of front shocks will cover me technicilly

i got bilstein b4 shocks and suplex springs fitted on each corner this month and it's night and day. however everything was completely knackered so it's not a great comparison. but this is probably the cheapest decent option (parts in total less than £400)
the bilstein b12 kit is roughly £700, which is what a lot of forum members go for (eibach 30mm lowering springs included)

Bilstein B4 with eibachs is another option folks have used and reported good results. Circa £450 for the springs and shocks.

I'm thinking about new shocks soon as well, I assume it's worth getting new top mounts at the same time?

Yes, they're relatively cheap so not worth putting the old ones back in

No the b4 shocks or b12 kit is not adjustable. If you want want adjustable the cheaper option is something along the lines of bc coilovers etc. Billys that are adjustable are well over a grand

Based on what you said about budget id go b4 with eibachs or the combined b12 kit unless you really need it to be height adjustable. The eibachs are just about perfect drop wise on the e85 anyway. If you go b4 you can pick these up for what non m sport sach can be had. The m sport sachs are dealer only and therefore stupid money. Most on here think the b4 are a superior product.

The Suplex are standard ride height, but do make sure you get the correct M sport option for your car as they also do a standard version which would jack yours up 15mm.
If you went for eibachs you would have a 15mm drop over your current m sport suspension.

Phone Suplex UK to get the right part number. There are a lot of variations based on exact model, engine, transmission. They're nice people and will help you out.
