Bumper cutouts for twin exhausts..

Gonna be cutting my newly acquired facelift rear bumper for the extra outlets.

Anyone who's done it care to offer some hints and tips?

Can't offer any help I'm afraid but I'll be following with interest.

I was also concerned about the route over to the new tailpipe as our batteries are below the false floor rather than in the boot like the ///M

What about templating the existing side and reversing the template. Are you putting a back box on the the side where you are adding the exhaust, or doing something else?

Something I've been considering on and off since I got my first zed...

My ultimate plan is to try and source some carbon fibre "eyebrows" to go above the twin exits at each side...

That's if I ever get to doing it

Not sure what route you will be taking, but you might need to move the charcoal filter over slightly (I removed mine completely)

Photo if it helps?!

Shouldn't need to mess with the filter, I'm going to add an additional exit to my existing modded box, and tee across. It's a bit more involved with my box as the tee needs to come from one of the internal pipes I've fitted, rather than just the "box" otherwise the 2nd set of pipes won't have the same output.
