I do like your more discreet spoiler I must admit. Any chance you can tell me where you got it?

I'd say it doesn't look quite so 'out there' in person but it's a moot point. If you don't like that sort of thing I'm never going to make a convert :hattip:

It's certainly generated far more attention than I expected. Rusky's fault.

i got it from the USA, it was a one of piece made in a run of 20.... they were very expensive however, but it looks awesome and is very high quality. Really pleased with it.

rosskins wrote: Tue Aug 15, 2017 8:50 pm Slightly off topic so apologies. Beedub, I am loving your M Performance side skirts - the wheels, roof and carbon spoiler contrast nicely with the titan silver. Your car to me looks perfectly symmetrical and sympathetically modded. 8) The black stubby finishes the look. :exitright:

wow missed this... thank you very much.... interesting you use the word symmetrical , thats exactly what I've tried to "create" symmetry is whats imo leads to cohesive and neat changes and in the person the car looks very oem, as the exterior changes are mostly O.EM pieces or o.e.m quality.
The car also has the hardware mods to back up the new found "beef" gets so much attention on the road, loads of people ask about the car.

Really appreciate that comment

its not a secret buddy.... I've posted a thread about it on here but no one was happy with the price point.

Having looked at your pics again, I'm not keen on how the spoiler looks from the side profile. But I think it works looking at the rear profile, and the angled rear profile. But not sure its enough to sway me to be a definite yes.

Moving down the car to the bumper, there's elements of the rear diffuser I really like, but not keen on the mesh section. If I had that diffuser, and with my Titan silver, I would probably have had the diffuser in black to make it more subtle, but blue is a tough colour to contrast against being a darker shade. An example is the kidneys, going black on mine was an easy look to go for (as the silver is not the same colour as the vehicle), but if I had a blue Zed, I think the silver grilles look equally as good as the black ones do.

But total respect to all your hard work as it serves as a reminder to the rest of us that there's always more you can do with your Zed !

Fair play, I did consider black for the under-section. Even more preferabe would be carbon fibre to tie in with the front diffuser but I've never wrapped anything in my life and I'm pretty sure it would turn out a disaster. The mesh stands out more on the photos, it seems almost silver in the pics but in person it's actually black and less noticeable.

Having said that I do agree, and I'm not 100% on it myself. It was a bit of an experiment to be honest and I had to heavily modify and blend it to the original bumper, so the results were always going to be a bit of an unknown to me too. I'm considering a few tweaks to it but I'm on a bit of a limited budget at the moment.

If anyone knows of someone up North / Manchester area that might be able to wrap the underside of the protruding bar without having to spend silly money I'd be very interested to look at something like that.

Check out my post here viewtopic.php?f=2&t=98386&start=45 for how I did it (if that's what you meant).

Or for the spoiler as mentioned by D4Dawg above.
