I went with blue. Goes with the Stirling Grey and the Grey on my wheels too.
Personal choice, yes definitely. i have since removed the BMW from the calipers and now looks less"chavvy".

I have the same decision to make soon. I have a SG car and soon to have anthracite 107's fitted so am torn between silver and blue. I like the idea of blue because it will match the wheel roundals and indicator badges but then the silver will look oem

Can't say I have ever cleaned my calipers. I do wash the wheels after every drive out though. Did you get your wheel sorted?Smartbear wrote:Must tidy mine up when the weather improves, usual rusty disc centres & filthy calipers-I've got new pad clips waiting in the garagebuzyg wrote:I'm with Rob on this one.Smartbear wrote:Silver looks tidy & Oem without being tacky or dull

I'm going back tomorrow, I think the welding guy fixed my wheel before he had his nasty accident & the refurbers couldn't retrieve it from his unit as it was locked up while he was in hospital getting the flames put outbuzyg wrote:Can't say I have ever cleaned my calipers. I want them to redo the rear wheel as it's not good.
It's been a lot of messing around & it's going to be a relief when it's finally finished

Unless you have got some fancy Brembo or AP Racing calipers etc I never understand why people feel the need to draw attention to the fact that they have only got bog standard calipers by painting them some loud colour. It just smacks of Halfords Boy-Racers to me. Personally, Black or possibly silver only.

Hi I went with black for the calipers and silver for the pad clip. Classic and understated

Silver does look nice, but am I mad considering yellow on a black car to match my interior?
