Hi guys. I just thought I'd introduce myself here. Long time BMW fan, having previously owned a variety of sixes: E30 323i Coupe, E36 320i, E46 328i, and currently E90 330i, E83 X3 2.0d (my daily driver) and about a month ago finally, after a bit of a search, found a nice E86 Z4 3.0Si Coupe. Awesome car to drive, especially once the Bridgestone runflats were ditched and replaced with Goodyear Asymmetric 3's.
I work as an engineer, based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I've already picked up a heck of a lot of info from this forum, and will hopefully be able to add some of my own from time to time.
Dave

Welcome on board Dave. Great view. Spotted a White, E30 vert, trundling along the Cornish lanes today. Still a great looking car.

Welcome - that's a nice looking Coupe you've got there.
Are there any differences compared to European Zeds?

Welcome to the madhouse OP.
Stunning car in a stunning location - fantastic!
Welcome to the exclusive RHD (for the benefit of Taz) Coupe club.
I would imagine there aren't too many E86s in SA, so well done for finding one - "awesome" is a very good description of how they drive.
Now all you need to do is enjoy it!

Welcome ! I'm glad to see you are staying true to the Straight Six, I currently own an M20, M52, M54 and N52 and love them all.
I also had a set of Goodyear Asymmetric 3's fitted to my Z4C yesterday, looking forward to giving them a good blast soon !

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome. Yes, right hand drive here, and all essentially European spec. Yes, NickDE, it was a sad day when BMW turned their back on N/A straight sixes, in my opinion.
