Gap-Tech roof mod

Post by Samhoylez4 » Sun Jun 04, 2017 12:10 pm

Hi folks. I've just joined forum after a years worth of debate as I'm pretty crap at this sort of thing. Navigating being my main problem but hey, let's see if I get my problem solved by any of you lovely people. Here goes.

I've just changed from a 2.0 to 3.0 Si but before I got rid I removed my auto roof module. I did write down which colour wires went to which but as I started to refit I realised that my last connection was the black wire from mod to brown. The only solid brown wire is coming from the small plug where as the rest are on the large plug. I'm guessing it's correct as it's the only solid brown wire but I just can't remember if there was a connection made to the smaller of the two plugs. Can anyone help. Thanks.

That's brilliant thanks ever so much. I've still got my wiring diagram somewhere but can't remember where I stored it lol. It was correct after all but worth checking out I guess.

Had a few connection problems at first so sacked the scotch locks and soldered everything. All works a treat. Thanks again.
