'Almost New' z4 owner - black 2.0 e89 m sport

Hi All! :crazydude: I've been lurking as a guest for a while, but thought I'd come and join you all. I got my zed last October, she's a black 64 plate 2.0i M Sport e89 with black leather interior. I'm loving 'roof down days'.

Sadly no photos to share currently - it's currently sitting in the BMW garage having bits of the engine removed (thankfully under warranty) and a new alloy wheel thanks to cracks (not under warranty) can anyone share the other common faults that I might have let myself in for and need to watch out for?

Yep, the timing chain, only 26k on the vehicle and it started with a high pitched whining noise (not the boyfriend or a muse CD!) fortunately still under warranty otherwise it would have been a 2.5k bill :headbang: which would have killed my love for my zed.

She's back home on the drive now and awaiting new Michelin tyres on Tuesday (runflats in the bin!)
